Personal Statement Example I believe that good managers must have entrepreneurial qualities. Managers are always ahead of time and see things in the perspective of the business. In this regard, their decisions affect the performance of a company directly. The success or failure of a company is also attributed to the management. Essentially, the responsibilities of the position demand sound management skills. The position has helped me prepare for my future role in the business world.
